一、引言
欢迎使用 保管（PolicyPal）（以下简称「本应用」）。
本应用由杭州潘达工房科技有限公司（英文品牌：Panda Studio，以下简称「我们」或「开发者」）提供。我们重视您的隐私。本政策说明我们如何处理与您使用本应用相关的信息。
重要说明：本应用以本地保单档案管理为主；我们不是保险公司、保险经纪机构或保险代理人。本应用不提供用户注册账号功能。
请在使用前仔细阅读本政策。使用本应用即表示您理解并同意本政策。
二、我们收集哪些信息
2.1 账号与广告
我们不要求您注册账号；我们不出于广告目的向第三方出售您的个人信息。
2.2 存储在您设备上的信息
为提供核心功能，以下数据保存在您的设备本地：保单资料（您录入或导入的保单信息及相关附件）；应用设置；合规记录（您是否已同意用户协议与隐私政策）。
2.3 设备权限
本应用可能使用：读取/选择文件（由您主动选择文件，优先通过系统文件选择器）。在您主动使用可选的在线功能时，可能使用网络访问以完成该次处理。本应用不申请相机、通讯录、定位等与核心功能无关的敏感权限。
三、信息如何被使用与传输
3.1 本地使用
本地存储的数据用于：展示与管理保单档案、保存您的设置。
3.2 可选的在线处理
当您主动使用可选的在线功能时，本应用可能将完成该次处理所必要的信息通过加密连接发送至开发者提供的服务进行实时处理。开发者不在服务器持久保存您的保单正文或附件内容，不建立用户账号档案，不将上述内容用于广告。
3.3 我们不会做的事
不向广告商共享您的保单内容；不代您向保险公司投保、索赔或销售保险产品。
四、信息的保留与删除
本地数据：保存在您的设备上，直至您在应用内删除相关保单、清除应用数据，或卸载本应用。
在线处理：相关请求在实时处理完成后结束，开发者不以存档为目的在服务器持久保存您的保单正文或附件。
五、未成年人
本应用主要面向成年人管理个人保单信息。我们不主动面向未满 14 周岁的未成年人提供服务。
若您是未成年人，请在监护人同意并指导下使用本应用。监护人如对未成年人使用本应用有疑问，请通过下文联系方式与我们联系。
六、信息安全
我们采用合理的技术与管理措施保护应用本身的设计安全。在线传输在适用时通过加密连接进行。
请您妥善保管设备与本地数据。
七、政策变更
我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后，我们将通过应用内提示、更新说明或修订文首「文档版本」等方式告知您。
重大变更后，您可能需要重新确认同意。若您不同意更新后的政策，请停止使用并卸载本应用。

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to PolicyPal (保管) ("the App").
The App is provided by Hangzhou Panda Studio Technology Co., Ltd. (Panda Studio, "we" or "the developer"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information related to your use of the App.
Important: The App focuses on local policy archiving. We are not an insurer, insurance broker, or insurance agent. The App has no account registration.
Please read this policy before use. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Accounts and advertising
We do not require account registration. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
2.2 Data stored on your device
To provide core features, the following stays on your device: policy records and related attachments you enter or import; app settings; and local records of your acceptance of the terms and privacy policy.
2.3 Permissions
The App may use file picking (for files you choose via the system picker). When you actively use optional online features, it may use network access to complete that request. We do not request camera, contacts, location, or other unrelated sensitive permissions.
3. Use and transmission
3.1 Local use
Local data is used to show and manage your policy records and to save your settings.
3.2 Optional online processing
When you actively use optional online features, the App may send information necessary to complete that request over encrypted connections to services we provide for real-time processing. We do not persistently store your policy body or attachments on our servers, do not maintain user account profiles, and do not use that content for advertising.
3.3 What we do not do
We do not share your policies with advertisers. We do not sell insurance or file claims on your behalf.
4. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete policies in the App, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
Online processing: requests end after real-time processing; we do not persistently store your policy body or attachments on servers for archiving purposes.
5. Minors
The App is intended primarily for adults managing their own policies. We do not knowingly target children under 14.
Minors should use the App only with guardian consent and supervision. Guardians may contact us using the details below.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the App’s design. Where online transmission applies, it uses encrypted connections.
Keep your device safe. You are responsible for protecting local data on your device.
7. Policy changes
We may update this policy and will notify you in-app, via release notes, or by revising the document version shown at the top.
For material changes, you may need to confirm again. If you disagree, stop using and uninstall the App.
